Continuous nebulising
• Lock the interrupter button (1e) by pressing it and simul-
taneously sliding the lock upwards.
Inhalation proceeds as in intermittent nebulisation, with
the only difference being that you don't need to repeatedly
press the interrupter button.
In continuous nebulisation, it takes approximately 10 minutes to inhale 15 ml inha-
lation solution (depending on the compressor used). If you use the interrupter but-
ton for intermittent operation, the inhalation time increases accordingly.

3.9 Completing the inhalation
• Place the nebuliser on the table and switch the compressor and base unit off.
• Disconnect the base unit and compressor power plugs from the respective mains
sockets.
Complete disconnection from the mains is only certain when both power plugs have
been unplugged from the sockets.
CAUTION
Because of the operating temperature, the medication cup inside the lower section of
the nebuliser is still hot for a short time even after use and may contain hot residual
liquid. To avoid
risk of burns
, allow the nebuliser to cool down before you take it apart.

• Clean the PARI SOLE N immediately after each use [See also: 4.1 Cleaning].
• After the last inhalation session of the day, disinfect the PARI SOLE N directly after
cleaning it [See also: 4.2 Disinfecting the nebuliser and accessories].
NOTICE
The nozzle must be cleaned after every inhalation session, otherwise the residues of
the inhalation solution will quickly crystallise in the nozzle and will
clog the nozzle
.
