Troubleshooting
Verify ou1 is set NC.
LED 1 will be ON if <NC>
Check DIN LED for electrical connection
Use Manual Overrides to confirm
manual operation
Verify Input Power is present
Air Economizing- Vacuum <Off> at n_1.
Vacuum turns back <ON> at (H-1) minus (n_2)
Verify max.vacuum level > n_1.
Look for vacuum leaks,verify
inlet pressure to unit.
Verify power to auxiliary power valve.
The system vacuum is obtaining n_1,
but leakage is dropping vacuum pressure
below n_2 at a fast rate.Check for leakage
between cup and generator.
Part Present Signal (ou2)
Verify ou2 is set to <NO>.
LED 2 is OFF.
Vacuum pressure > P_3 to change the
state of ou2. Verify inlet pressure to unit.
System design is set so that a high side
signal is present below P_3: Change P_3
from <NC> to <NO> for a low side signal.
No Vacuum Signal
to Vacuum
Pilot Valve
Air Economozing
does not function -
Unit stays vacuum
<ON>
High Rate of Air
Economizing.
(motor boating)
No part present
(ou2) signal when
vacuum applied
