Important:
The purity of the gas will deteriorate when the generator is in standby or economy mode. The following table gives an indication of
the length of time required for the generator to return to the specified purity following economy operation.
4.4 Generator Shutdown Procedure
Close the external isolation valves and press
to put the generator into standby.
The generator will continue to run for up to 10 minutes to complete the cycle and to ensure that
the inlet piping and CMS columns are fully depressurised.
Once complete the menu will default to “Standby”.

4.4.1 Depressurisation
If the generator is not fitted with the economy option:

With the generator in “Standby” disconnect the generator from the application piping.

When all of the pressure gauges on the front panel read 0 bar the generator is depressurised.
If the generator is fitted with the economy option:

Disconnect the generator from the system piping. Turn the generator off at the power switch and disconnect it from the electrical supply.

Whilst pressing
reconnect the generator to the electrical power supply.

The generator will begin to depressurise as indicated by the on screen pressure reading
“Po *.*”.

When the generator is completely depressurised it will revert to standby mode.

Verify that all of the pressure gauges read 0 bar.

Disconnect the generator from the electrical power supply.

Where applicable disconnect the generator from the compressed air supply.

shipped or placed into storage.
