We have provided many important safety messages in this manual and on the DUSTHOG PNP Fume & Dust
Collector. Always read and obey all safety messages.
• Wear protective clothing and safety glasses when
handling collector components or servicing the unit.
• Use proper lifting and rigging equipment to install
your dust collector (or unit)
• Disconnect power before servicing.
• Replace all access panels before operating.
• Do not operate the unit with component doors open.
• Electrical connections should only be made by
qualified personnel and be in accordance with local
and national codes and regulations.
• Do not use in explosive atmospheres.
• Do not collect emissions which are explosive.
• Keep flammable materials and vapors, such as
gasoline, away from unit.
• The unit should be inspected frequently and
contaminants removed to prevent excessive
accumulation which may result in flash-over
or fire damage.
• Operate only in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Operating temperature to the air stream should not
exceed 120° F (49° C).
