Power Control Input
The PVSG-IQAN has 1 power control input. The power control input activates the
unit or shuts it down.
Damage to equipment!
Do not connect inputs directly to unprotected
inductive loads such as solenoids or relay coils, as these can produce
high voltage spikes that may damage the PVSG-IQAN. If an inductive
load must be connected to an input, use protective circuitry such as a
diode or transorb.

Power Control input capabilities
The PVSG-IQAN has an active-high power control digital input that must be
activated to power up the unit.
The power control digital input activates the PVSG-IQAN when switched high and
begin a controlled shutdown sequence (if applicable) and de-activates the module
when power is removed.
It is recommended that this input be controlled by the vehicle ignition switch.
