Prepare the mixture in an approved jerry
can.
3.
Remove the cap from the fuel tank and fill it
with the mixture.
4.
Firmly close the cap of the fuel tank and get rid
of remaining oil/fuel around the machine using a
cloth.
WARNING
:
Always stop the engine before adding fuel to
the machine.
Never perform this operation in a closed,
non ventilated area.
Move at least 3 meters away from the refueling
area before starting the engine.
Do not unscrew the fuel tank cap while the engine is
running.
6.4.
STARTING
6.4.1.
POINTS TO CHECK BEFORE STARTING
Do not use the machine if it is damaged or not
properly adjusted.
Only use the machine for which it has been designed
for. Any other use may be dangerous, causing
damage to the machine, the user, third parties,
animals or other things that are nearby.
Check:
-
The machine, look for loose and damaged
parts (cables, screws, etc.).
- That there are no fuel leaks.
- That the air filter is clean, clean the filter if
necessary.
Tighten, repair or replace everything that is
necessary, before using the machine.
Do not use any accesory for the machine other then
those recommended by our company, because their
use may cause serious damage, both for the user and
everything near the machine.
Before starting the engine, make sure there is no
contact between the moving parts and other
objects.
6.4.2.
STARTING THE ENGINE COLD
Put the machine on the ground, in a horizontal
and stable place.
Do never start while the user is
carrying the machine on his back.
1.
Move the switch to the starting position.
(ON).
2.
Pump the priming bulb several times (7 to 10 times)
until the fuel comes in.
3.
Put the choke in the closed position.
4.
Put the machine on the ground, in a horizontal and
stable place. Place the throttle lever on 'High Throttle'
5.
Firmly grasp the main handle of the machine with
your left hand.
6.
Pull the cord starter until the engine starts.
7.
Put the choke in the normal working

position
)
8.
If the machine does not start, pull the cord until the
engine starts.
9.
Let the engine heat for a few minutes before using it.
