IOMI – 

Installation, operation and maintenance instructions 

Filter Housing -

 Vessel or container for filter cartridges or elements operating greater than atmospheric pressure 

(pressure envelope) 

Vessel

 - a housing designed and built to contain fluids under pressure including its direct attachments up to the 

coupling point connecting it to other equipment; a vessel may be composed of more than one chamber. 

Filter Cartridge - 

Filter element installed inside the ‘housing’

with a sealing feature
