General Cleaning Work
Clean the equipment after each use:
• Carry out cleaning outside in order to
avoid mess.
• Remove the container lid (
10) and
empty the metal container (
13).
Clean the metal container (
13) with
water and allow it to dry.
• After removing the suction hose (
14), clean the dust and soot particles
from the connections. This ensures that
the suction hose (
14) can be in-
serted again easily.
• Clean the metal filter cage (
17)
and the pleated filter (
16) (see be-
low).
Cleaning the Metal filter
cage and Pleated Filter
Replace the pleated filter (16) if it
is worn, damaged or heavily soiled
(see “replacement parts“).

1. Take off the container cover
(10).
2. Rotate the folded filter (16) in
an anti-clockwise direction and
remove it. Tap the metal filter
basket (17) carefully to remove
its contents.
3. Tap out the pleated filter (16)
and clean it with a paintbrush
or hand brush.
Don‘t wash the pleated
(16) filter in water.
4. Place the metal filter basket (17)
on the folded filter (16).
5. Place the folded filter (16) and
metal filter basket (17) on the
inverted container cover (10).
6. Screw in the folded filter (16)
tightly in a clockwise direction.

Cleaning the Air Filter
1. Take off the container cover
(10), metal filter cage (
17)
and pleated filter (
16).
2. Take the air filter (19) out of the
filter housing (20).
3. Clean the filter with soap and
water and allow it to dry in the
air.
4. Place the air filter (19) back in
the filter housing (20).
Storage
• To store, wind the power cord (1)
around the retaining bracket (6) on the
container lid (10).
• Insert the end of the suction tube (14) in
the holder provided (4) and tighten it.
• Push the suction tube (15) onto the suc-
tion tube holder (2).
• Keep the equipment in a dry place, out
of reach of children.
