Connecting/removing/emp-
tying the dust collection box
Connecting the dust collec-
tion box:
1. Before connecting, ensure that
the dust collection box (10) is
firmly closed.
2. Slide the dust collection box (10)
all the way onto the connection
for dust extraction (6). The two
lugs (6a) on the connection for
dust extraction (6) fit into the two
grooves (10a) of the dust collec
-
tion box (10).
Removing the dust collec-
tion box:
3. Press the release button (7) and
pull the dust collection box (10)
out.
Emptying the dust collec-
tion box:
4. Pull the tab (9) and remove the
dust collection box lid (8).
5. To empty, simply shake or knock
out the dust collection box (10).
6. Then close the dust collection
box (10) again.
Empty the dust collection box regu-
larly to ensure optimal suction.
Connecting/removing exter-
nal dust extraction
Connecting external dust
extraction:
1. Slide the adapter for external
dust extraction (11) all the way
onto the connection for dust ex-
traction (6).
2. Connect the suction tube of a
vacuum cleaner (not included)
to the adapter for external dust
extraction (11).
Removing external dust
extraction
3. Disconnect the suction tube from
the adapter for external dust ex-
traction (11).
4. Disconnect the adapter for exter-
nal dust extraction (11).
Operation
Switching on/off
Make sure that the power supply
voltage matches the voltage rat-
ing indicated on the device‘s type
plate.
Connect the machine to the power
supply.
1. To switch on, push the on/off
switch (3) to position
„
I
“. The
tool will power on.
2. To switch off, push the on/off
switch (3) to position
„
O
“. The
tool will power off.
Adjusting the oscillation rate
The required oscillation rate depends on
the material to be processed and can be
determined through practical testing.
In order to regulate the oscillation
rate, use the oscillation frequency
controller (1):
1
lowest oscillation rate
MAX
maximum oscillation rate.
