Operation
Setting the cutting angle
♦
Undo the clamping screws with the hex
key and pull the footplate to the rear.
♦
Adjust the cutting angle to 0°/15°/30°/45°
with the aid of the markings on the footplate .
Push the footplate to the front so that the
locking pin engages in the toothing .
♦
Retighten the clamping screws with the Hex
key .
NOTE
►
When using a cutting angle of 15°/30°/45°,
the pivoting blade guard and splinter guard
must be detached beforehand!
Setting the stroke rate
♦
Use the stroke rate adjusting wheel to set the
required stroke rate.
Adjusting the pendulum stroke
♦
You can use the pendulum stroke switch to
adjust the pendular movement of the saw blade
. You can achieve fine, clean-cut edges with-
out pendular movement (setting "0"). Deactivate
pendular movement when working on thin
workpieces. You can achieve an increasingly
fast work rate if the pendulum stroke is activated
(settings 1–3).
Switching ON/OFF
Switching the appliance on:
Press the ON/OFF switch .
Switching the appliance off:
Release the ON/OFF switch .
Switching to continuous operation:
Press the ON/OFF switch and lock it in this
position with the ON/OFF switch lock button .
Switching off continuous operation:
Press the ON/OFF switch and release it again.
Switching the laser/working light
ON/OFF
ON/OFF switch:
Press the ON/OFF switch for the until the
required function is active.
LASER and WORKING LIGHT → WORKING
LIGHT → LASER → SWITCH OFF
Sawdust blowing function
Switching the sawdust blowing function on:

Slide the sawdust blower function switch in
the position
.
Supporting the extraction function:
♦
Slide the sawdust blower function switch in
the position “0”.
Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Switch
the appliance off and remove the
power plug before starting any work on the
appliance.

The appliance must always be kept clean, dry
and free from oil or grease.
■
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing.
WARNING!
■
If the supply cord of this power tool is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by a specially
prepared cord available through the service
organization.
■
Replace the saw blade as soon as its teeth
are too blunt for adequate sawing.
■
Clean the appliance after completing your
sawing work.
■
Remove any dirt (e.g. sawdust). If necessary,
clean the saw blade mount with a brush or
compressed air.
