Parmigiani Fleurier SA, via its authorised retailers, gua-

rantees your Parmigiani Fleurier product against any 

manufacturing defect FOR A PERIOD OF 3 (THREE) 

YEARS FOR WATCH PRODUCTS AND FOR A PERIOD 

OF 2 (TWO) YEARS FOR NON-WATCH PRODUCTS, 

FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, in accordance with 

the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The international warranty applies only if the ‘‘Parmigiani 

Fleurier’’ brand product has been purchased from a retai-

ler authorised by Parmigiani Fleurier and if the defective 

product is accompanied by its corresponding warranty 

card which has been duly dated, stamped and signed by 

the authorised retailer.

If your Parmigiani Fleurier product displays any manufac-

turing defects during the warranty period, we undertake 

to repair it without charge. In this event, we ask you to 

contact your authorised Parmigiani Fleurier retailer or the 

Parmigiani Fleurier manufacture after-sales department, 

who will advise you on the procedure to follow.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO THE 

PARMIGIANI FLEURIER INTERNATIONAL 

WARRANTY

The warranty shall not cover the following cases:

•  Any defects caused by use or handling which are 

unsuited to the nature of the product or which contra-

vene the recommendations issued by Parmigiani Fleurier, 

or those caused by negligence, accident, normal wear 

and tear or a technical intervention carried out by a third 

party not authorised by our manufacture.

•  Any defects resulting from fitting accessories which are 

not original Parmigiani Fleurier components.

•  Any consequential losses resulting from use, lack of 

accuracy, failure to operate or any other fault with the 

product.

•  The battery life for quartz watches.

•  Leather or rubber straps.

No claims for damages or requests to subsequently can-

cel the sale or for a subsequent reduction in the sale price 

will be considered. 

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED 

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS 

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW 

ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS 

WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL 

Parmigiani Fleurier BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT 

OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

Some countries do not recognise limitations which 

relate to the duration of an implied warranty’s validity, or 

to exclusions or limitations of indirect or consequential 

damages. In this event, the above limitations shall not 

apply. 

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may 

be supplemented by other rights, depending on the 

country in which you are resident. The terms of this war-

ranty do not affect the consumer rights granted by the 

laws applicable in the countries in which the products 

are sold.

Parmigiani Fleurier’s OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED 

TO REPAIRING THE PRODUCT, AS EXPRESSLY STATED 

IN THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. YOUR 

AUTHORISED Parmigiani Fleurier RETAILER ASSUMES 

SOLE LIABILITY FOR ALL OTHER GUARANTEES.
