Chapter 3:
Pre-Go Live Setup Instructions
In this chapter, you will perform the following steps:
Adding Employees
Customer Receipt Setup
Prices and taxes Setup
Pre-Go Live Instructions
In preparation for going live with your new PAR POS system, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Starting up System
1.
Turn on the POS.
2.
Select
Internet Explorer
from Start Menu.
3.
You should see the following screen:

If this screen appears then your internet is working on your new PAR system.
5.
If this screen does not appear, try another website (google.com, yahoo.com etc.).
6.
If websites do not come up, contact your
Internet Service Provider
for assistance.
7.
Exit Internet Explorer page.
8.
Wait until the POS loads everything before pressing the
Start Day
button.
Step 2: Log into Pixel Back Office
1.
From the main login screen, click on
Manual Login
.
2.
Enter code
2001
and click
OK
.
3.
Click
Yes
to clock in.
4.
Click
System
.
5.
Select
Manager
>
Back Office: Setup Pixel
