Eliminating the configuration template
The “Configuration” button opens a window with a table which contains all the
configuration files defined by the operator.
Use the checkbox to select the ones you want to delete, press the delete button to delete
all files from the Gea24 system.
The window also contains the following command button:
-
OK - Exits the "Delete File "or "Delete template" window and returns to the
“manage file” window.

Exporting data files (only for embedded PC)
You can export the data files of SEG2 stored on Gea24 PC memory to a USB memory
stick. When the system is on the homepage, insert a USB memory stick or into the USB
port located on the front of Gea24, the system will automatically detect the key and will
open the "Input / Output Management" window after a few seconds.
This window also lets you update the management software, as described in paragraph
5.10.
The names of the files in the Gea24 control PC are shown in the display table indicating
the date and time saved, organized from the most recent to the oldest. You can change the
way they are organized by pressing the button at the top, and they can be organized by
date or by name.
You must select one or more files and press the "Copy" button to copy the selected files
to the USB memory stick. By pressing the "Copy and Delete" button the files will be
automatically deleted from the memory of the Gea24 control PC after they have been
copied to the USB memory stick.

Software upgrade (only for embedded PC)
To upgrade the Gea24 system software you must do the following.

Obtain the self-installing Gea24 ".exe" file that you want to install.

Copy the installation files to the root directory of a USB memory stick.
