In Normal operation status, too
much fuel is loaded
(the brazier tends to be overfilled)
1)
Make sure the brazier is well positioned in its seat.
2)
Make sure the gasket under the brazier has not
detached.
3)
Make sure there are no problems for the flue
4)
Check that the pellet is of a good quality.
The boiler does not turn on
1)
Check the correct positioning of the brazier and
that the hole corresponds to the resistance.
2)
Make sure pellet reaches the brazier. Too much
fuel could stack inside the rotary valve.
3)
Check the glass door is properly closed;
4)
Check for foreign bodies clogging the discharge
pipe (bird nests, plastic, etc.)
The boiler "turns itself on "
Check the Chrono thermostat settings
The boiler starts the Modulation
phase when the water in the
boiler is at low temperature.
Make sure the heat exchanger has been cleaned.
The system does not heat up, but
the stove boils

Check the system for air pockets
2)
Check the pump for proper operation
Sometimes a little quantity of pellet can remain on the bottom of the tank. This is normal and
depends only by the way the feeding system is made.
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
The owner is the only one in charge of the demolition and disposal of the boiler. He/She must
comply with the applicable laws of his/her country about safety and environmental protection
and respect.
The demolition and disposal can be carried out by third parties, provided that these are
companies authorised to recover and dispose of these materials.
Always comply with the applicable regulations of the Country you operate in about the
disposal of materials and/or statement of disposal.
All dismantling operations for demolition must be carried out when the boiler is off and
disconnected from power supply:
Remove all electrical components;
Remove the accumulators of the electronic boards;
Authorised companies dispose of the stove structure.
Leaving the boiler in accessible areas seriously endangers people and animals. The owner
will be held liable for any damage to people and animals.
When the boiler is demolished, the EC marking, this manual and the other documents
concerning this stove must be destroyed.
