The power tool is almost maintenance

free
•
Keep the power tool and the air vents clean
and unplugged.
•
Make sure that no moisture
reaches the inside of the power tool during cleaning
.

Check the gearbox lubricant amount

efore each use and after every 5 running hours
.

C
heck the condition of carbon brushes (b3)
after every approximately 100 running hours
.
Remove
the air vents cap (11), release screws
(b1) on each side and extract the old brushes
b
y pulling the
springs (b2)
.
When worn out
(shorter than 5 mm), replace the brushes with included new ones (see
Picture B).
Cleaning
•
Clean the power tool after every use.
•
Clean the power tool with a wet cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solutions; these can corrode the
plastic parts of the power tool.
Storage
•
Keep the tool in a dry and safe place. Remove the tool or adapter from the chuck
.
