• DO NOT use the hoist in such a way
that could result in shock or impact
loads being applied to the hoist.
• Ensure that a suspended load does
never swing.
• DO NOT leave the hoist under load
for extended or unattended periods.
• DO NOT continue to operate the hoist
if excessive noise occurs, when the
chain skips, is stuck, blocked or is
overloaded. Do not apply any force
to the hoist, it is designed to lift its
rated capacity when a reasonable
force is exerted.
• Ensure that the remote control is in-
stalled between 80 mm and 150 mm
above the ground.
• DO NOT pull the end stop of the steel
cable into the hoist; damage can be
caused.
• The hoisting operation should never
be applied to a fixed or jammed ob-
ject.
• Extreme temperatures will lower the
toughness of the hoist. Loads should
be lifted and lowered very slowly
and carefully.
• DO NOT hoist hot molten masses.
• Keep body parts away from the ro-
tating parts of the winch.
• DO NOT use the limit brackets as
on-off switch.
• DO NOT leave the load hanging in
the air for a long time to prevent the
deformation of the pieces.
• DO NOT change any part of the ca-
ble hoist or disassemble it.
• Take the cable hoist in to a thorough
maintenance after 20 hours of oper-
ating time, but at least once a year.
• DO NOT use the cable hoist for more
than 100 hours of operating time,
added up according to work duty.
• Press the Emergency-Off switch im-
mediately to stop the motor in case
of a dangerous situation.
• Check the power cord, the device,
and the extension cable for damage
before use. Do not operate a dam-
aged device, immediately discon-
nect the plug from the mains.
• Repairs must be performed only by
qualified electricians using original
replacement parts; otherwise, seri-
ous injuries may occur.
