Danger!
Do not disassemble safety
relief valve or pressure regulator. Do
not open drain valves with air in tank. Bleed
tank. Failure to depressurize tank before
disassembling could result in explosion
and/or serious personal injury.
Warning!
Before performing any
work on the tool, unplug the power
supply cord. Let the appliance cool down.
Burn hazard!
- Regularly check oil level and top up oil, if
necessary.
- Regularly check safety valve to ensure cor-
rect operation.
- Always keep the machine clean, dry and
free of oil or grease.
- Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes
whilst cleaning.
- Drain moisture from tank every week to
prevent tank corrosion.
- For safe and proper working, always keep
the machine and cooling ribs

clean.
- Entirely change the oil after the first 100
operating hours and every 500 operating
hours thereafter.
- Regularly check for obvious defects and/or
damaged components.
- Periodically check all fixings. These could
become loose with time due to vibration.
- The most used part is the coiled hose. In-
spect the hose regularly: If the hose is worn,
it must be replaced immediately.
- Replace any worn or damaged parts.
- If the body of the machine needs cleaning,
wipe it with a brush or a soft damp cloth. A
mild detergent can be used but nothing like
alcohol, petrol or other cleaning agent.
- Never use caustic agents to clean plastic
parts.
Gravity spray gun
- Screw the container anticlockwise and
remove it.
- Fill the container with a suitable liquid of
your choice. Do not fill it completely up to
the top.
- Turn the spray gun upside down and re-
attach the container to its mount by turn-
ing the container clockwise.
- Connect the gravity spray gun to the air
hose. It can be used now.
Air inflating gun
- Connect the air inflating gun to the air
hose. It can be used now.
Transport and storage
Warning!
Never transport, store, or
dispose of the compressor while un-
der pressure.
- Drain the tank.
- Disconnect the coiled hose from the com-
pressor before transport or storage.
- Lift the appliance only by its transport han-
dles

- Only transport and store the compressor in
upright position. Do not tilt more than 10°:
- Store in a dry and clean place. Lock away
from children.
