We recommend to use tweezers or long nose pliers for installation.
Note
: The green and the green-yellow cable are not connected. We recommend to insulate the ends of
both cables.

How to mount the waterproof box to the wall
As there are 4 prepared holes, the PCE-WL2 can easily be mounted to a wall.
4.2
Power supply
The PCE-WL2 is powered by two 1.5 V D cells.
Note
: Check on a regular basis whether the data logger still works properly und whether the batteries are
charged. Otherwise there might be some problems with the memory. We recommend to replace the
batteries every 3 months.
Attention
: When replacing the batteries, date and time are reset. You have to make the date and time
setting again.
We recommend to make a backup of the SD card on another SD card. Before replacing the batteries,
make all SD card settings by means of the configuration software. Replace the batteries and insert the
newly configured SD card. The new settings will then be saved directly to the data logger.
