The blades become blunt.

The product cannot work

their limited service life.

There is hair accumulation 
inside the blades. /
The blades have not been 
cleaned for a long time.

The motor has reached its 
limited service life.

There is insufficient battery 
power left with the red 
indicator lighting up, which 
makes the operating speed 
become slower.

The blades have not been 
cleaned or cared properly in 
daily use.

There is insufficient battery 
power left.

It is used for the first time or 
has not been used for  years.

It has not been fully charged 
before it is left unused for a 
long time. 

Please purchase new original blades 
for replacement or contact customer 
service for assistance.

Please use the cleaning brush 
provided to clean the hairs inside the 
blades.

Please contact customer service for 
assistance.

Please recharge the product.

After use and before use, please 
clean the blades and add a few drops 
of oil to maintain the best perfor-
mance of the product.

Please recharge the product.

Please charge the product for more 
than 8 hours to activate the battery. If 
it still can be used only a few times 
after fully charging, the battery may 
reach its limited service life. Please 
purchase a new battery for replace-
ment.

If it will not be used for a long time, it 
should be fully charged and stored in 
a dry environment.
