The power switch cannot 

work normally.

The product cannot be 

charged.

Loud Noise

The product has been left 
unused for a long time.

The power switch is damaged. 

The USB cable has been 
damaged. 

The USB cable is not 
connected well. 

The blades are not placed in 
the correct position.

The blades need to be oiled.

The blades deform after  
touching a hard object.

It is recommended to push the 
power switch several times before 
use so that the power switch can 
work normally.

Please contact customer service for 
assistance.

Please try to charge the product with 
a new USB cable.

Please connect the product with the 
USB cable correctly and check if the 
charging indicator lights up. 

Please make sure if the blades have 
been placed correctly.

Add a few drops of oil to lubricate the 
blades.

Please pay attention to using the hair 
clipper correctly.
