Crea ng Your Own Custom Workout Program
1. Select
Create
Workout
(A). Press Check (B), and the
Edit
Workout
screen appears.

2. The graph going le to right represents the full workout dura on, and the dura on is divided into 13 segments of me. The
red ver cal box (C) indicates which segment of me is selected. Use the Le /Right arrows (D) to select the desired segment.
Once the segment is selected, press the Check bu on (F).

Up/Down
bu ons ( F ) to increase/ decrease water resistance. Once you have the desired resistance, press Check (G).
This brings you back to the previous view (Step 2) where you can edit the resistance of other segments.

4. Repeat this process un l your custom workout is complete, and then press Save (H) to save your workout.
