Make sure that the main switch

is set
to position "0".
Connect the mains cable

to a normal
230 volt socket.
In the first applications it can happen that
residual lubricant may evaporate. If you
should notice a slight smell of fire or
small clouds of smoke in a new device,
you can continue to work normally. If this
still happens even after a long period of
use, please contact technical support.
Normal operation
Set the main switch

to position "1"
and press the AUTO button

. This will
light up blue.
When inserting the paper, the device will
automatically start and it will stop as
soon as all of the paper has passed
through.
The cutting capacity is PS600-75 -
8 sheets (80 g / m
2
), PS600-85 - 10 sheets
(80 g / m
2
), PS600-95 - 15 sheets (80 g / m
2
)
or 1 credit card. However, you should
only shred either paper or credit cards,
as otherwise, the device could be over-
loaded.
Never attempt to shred sealed envelopes.
This can cause damage to the cutterbar.
Empty envelopes and unfold the contents
completely before you shred them. Rub-
berized envelopes, labels or other prod-
ucts with adhesive must NEVER be
crushed as this may cause paper jams.
Do not shred wet paper, carbon paper or
plastic bags. The debris jams the cutter-
bar, which can lead to jams and reduced
performance of the unit.
Bug fixing
Overheating:
If you use the unit for more than 30 mi
-
nutes without interruption with maximum
load, it will automatically switch off. The
AUTO button
2
will light up red. After a
cool off time of approx. 10 minutes, the
device can be used again.
Paper jam:
In the event of a paper jam, the machine
stops automatically and starts to reverse.
The paper is released again.
Take the paper out of the device, reduce
the number of pages and start again.
Cleaning and care
Clean out the shredded material container

as soon as the inspection window

is completely covered with paper shreds.
To do this, pull the waste bin out of the
device by pulling the handle, empty it
and put it back into place.
Occasionally insert a small amount of
oiled paper into the cutting opening and
run the machine in FWD mode

for
about 10 seconds. Use PEACH oiled
paper PS100-00 or alternatively Peach
document shredder special oil PS100-05.
