Weight Kit Installation (Continued)

Dual Weight Kit - Left Caster

Go to page 27 for the installation instructions of the (2) Suitcase Weights P#(Y0025).

First, Install the Caster Weight / Support Bracket (Item #2) onto the Dual Weight / Caster Bracket (Item #1) by using
(2) 3/8-16” x 1” Carriage Bolts (Item #5.1) and (2) 3/8-16” Ny-Flage Lock Nuts (Item #5.3). Refer to Figure D.

Next, position and align the Caster Weight / Brace (Item #3) and the installed Support Bracket (Item #2) on to the
mower’s caster as shown in Figure D. Place the Caster Brace on the inside of the Caster and the Support Bracket on
the outside of the Caster. Secure the Caster Brace onto the Support Bracket by using (2) 3/8-16” x 1-1/4” Carriage
Bolts (Item #5.2) and (2) 3/8-16” Ny-Flage Lock Nuts (Item #5.3). Leave hardware loose enough to be adjusted.

Note: Position the bolt holes with the through holes of the
          Caster.

Leave hardware relatively loose on this step.

Then, position and align the Dual Weight / Caster Bracket’s (Item #1) rear bolt hole to the hole on the inside of the
mower’s Caster. Refer to Figure E above. Once aligned, secure the Dual Weight / Caster Bracket by using (1) 1/2”-13
x 1-1/4” HHCS (Item #5.4), (1) 1/2” Flat Heavy Washer (Item #5.5) and (1) 1/2”-13 Nyloc Nut (Item #5.6).

Tighten all hardware at this time.
