Insert two M10 x 16 mm socket screws (

two split lock washers (

) leaving 1/4" exposed thread as shown in

Unscrew hex nuts from u-bolts (

). Secure adapter
box (

) to support column (

) with two u-bolts (

and two hex nuts.
Adjust swivel of adapter box as shown and tighten
all fasteners.
Insert one 3/8-16 x 4" fl at head bolt (

) through
bottom hole of support column (

) and secure with
3/8" nylock nut (

).
Set adapter box (

) onto support column (

).
Insert support column (
D
) into ceiling assembly
(

). Align holes of support column with holes of
ceiling assembly and secure using two 3/8-16 x 4"
fl at head bolts (

) and two 3/8" nylock nuts (
