Headset Jack
The PS20-USB has a 3.5mm jack in the front of the unit used for a headset connection. When
the headset it plugged in, all receive and transmit audio is routed to the headset only.
Hardware Device Settings
When the desktop microphone is plugged in to the computer, it should show up properly in the
Sound settings of the Control Panel. To view this:

Click on the Windows “Start” button and open the “Control Panel”

Open the “Sound” application circled in the screenshot below
