Empty any water that has accumulated inside the board. Water may accumulate
between the hull and the deck as a result of condensation. This is not a defect.
To drain the water, remove the drain plug (on some models) and place the SUP
on its stern in an upright position.

It is strongly recommended that you clean your SUP before storage by rinsing it
with lukewarm water to preserve its mint condition.
•
The SUP can be temporarily stored on its side or in an upright position. Storing
it in either of these positions for an extended period of time could cause a
flattening or deformation of the hull.
•
The best way to store your SUP is to place it on a flat surface. Never store it on
sawhorses or leave it resting on its fin for a long period of time.
•
Do not leave straps or ropes tightly wound around the hull for extended periods,
especially in hot weather, as this can cause deformations.
•
The hull surface, like the exterior finish of a car, will better retain its appearance
if the SUP is not exposed to the sun during long-term storage.
•
Store your SUP away from any heat source (ex.: stove, radiator).
•
Remove the drain plug for storage to regulate the air pressure inside de board.
•
If your board is equipped with a fin, it is recommended that you remove the fin
before long term storage.

Never hang your SUP by its front and rear handles. This could cause the hull to
deform over time.

extended limited warrantY
Your SUP is built of superior materials and in accordance
to stringent quality standards. With adequate
maintenance, it will give you years of reliable use.
But
as with most products, it is subject to wear and tear.
If you eventually need replacement parts, technical
assistance or product / service information, please
contact our Customer Service Department (1-800-463-
6960), having ready at hand the product’s model name
and serial number ZEP, as well as the date and place of
purchase.
The present warranty is only valid if the original buyer registered the
warranty within the thirty (30) day period immediately following the date
of purchase. Registration can be done either electronically via our website
(www.pelicansport.com), or by completing and returning the accompanying
registration card (page 11).
Pelican International Inc.’s warranty is valid only if the product is used for its
intended purposes and for which it was designed.
Product component parts and accessories are warranted for a period of one
(1) year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and / or
materials.
The hull and deck are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchase against defects in workmanship and / or materials and suitable for its
intended purpose. Only by returning your warranty and registration card on time
you will extend your hull and deck warranty to two (2) years.
