1. adjustment of the harness (and fitting of the carrying strap),
2. adjusting the orientation of the handle,
3. balancing the machine.
These various adjustments may need to be repeated several times until a suitable working position is obtained. The
handles should be within easy reach of the operator with the cutting tool parallel to the ground.
4.7.1. ADJUSTMENT OF THE HARNESS AND FITTING OF THE CARRYING STRAP
Adjusting the length of the harness makes it possible to adjust the "vertical position" of the Brush cutter Excelion
2 DH. This adjustment goes hand in hand with the adjustment of the balancing of the machine and the adjustment
of the orientation of the handle.
To consult the procedure for adjusting your harness and fitting your carrying strap, refer to the assembly sheet
supplied with it.

The tool carrying strap has an emergency release system. For more information, refer to Section 5.7, « Emer-
4.7.2. BALANCING THE TOOL
1. Put the hook located on the carrying strap in one of
the 7 hooking positions (15) provided on the tool.
Use the attachment point that allows you to obtain
the most comfortable adjustment (weight distribution
between the front and the rear).
Note
The balancing of the machine depends on the size
of the user. The taller the operator, the more the
hook is located towards the rear of the carrier plate
(15).
4.7.3. ADJUSTING THE ORIENTATION OF THE HANDLE
These adjustments help adjust the position of the handle to the morphology of the user. No tools required.
1. While firmly holding the left handle of the tool, uns-
crew the adjustment knob (2) until it “clicks”, to un-
lock the handle (anti-clockwise).
