TROUBLESHOOTING

If your heater fails to perate,please follow these instructions:

    ● Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly.

    ● Be sure the heater is plugged in and that the electrical outlet is working properly.

    ● Check for any obstruction.If you find any obstruction,turn the heater 

“OFF”

    Unplug the heater and wait a few minutes for it to cool down.Carefully remove 

    the obstruction. Plug the heater in and turn it on again by referring to the

SAFETY FEATURES

● Pilot Light: This utility heater is equipped with a pilot light, which glows whenever 

    the heater is plugged in and turned on. it will continue to glow even if the 

    thermostat has cycled the heating elements off. This feature is to prevent you 

    from being unaware that the heater is operating and maintaining the temperature 

    of the room.When you do not wish the heater to control the room temperature, 

    turn the control switch to OFF and remove the plug from the electrical outlet.

Tip Over Switch:  As a safety measure, the unit will shut off in the event of it being 

knocked over. Should this,occur, simply turn the heater off and stand it back up to 

a regular upright position, then switch it back on.

Thermal Fuse: When the unit reaches extremely high temperatures, the heater's 

fuse will shut off permanently.Should this occur, bring the heater to a certified 

electrician for examination.

Overheat Protection: This heater is equipped with thermal cut-off, which temporarily 

shuts off the heater when it reaches high temperatures. Once this happens, turn 

the heater off and unplug. Allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes. Inspect unit and check 

to make sure it is not covered with objects. After heater has cooled down,turn it 

back on to resume normal operation.

Safety Grille: The heater is equipped with a safety grille to protect the heater 

element This part of the heater can get extremely hot. Do not block this grille as it 

could cause fire.
