Troubleshooting

Scale does not power on
1. Dead battery

Power off the scale. Then power
on the scale and immediately
press and hold . Release
the button when the scale beeps.
Scale will not register a weight
1. Load cell cable is not
plugged in or damaged.
2. Shipping bolts were not
removed.
1. Open the battery compartment
and ensure the blue load cell
cable is plugged into the port.
Refer to photo in step 5 of
assembly.
2. Remove the shipping bolts
located on the underside of the
base. Refer to assembly steps
1 & 2.
Scale shows
“Underweight
Zero the Scale

The scale does not have a
proper zero point.
Ensure the scale is placed flat on a
level floor with no weight on the
platform, then press

indicates that the batteries are
