ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: If multiple units were purchased, ensure the serial number on the rear of the
display head matches the serial number on the base.
Before Assembly
Carefully inspect the carton for shipping damage before unpacking. If damage is found, contact
your shipper or a Health o meter

Claims must be filed with the shipper as soon as possible after receipt of the package. The
following information details what you will find inside the main carton as you unpack the parts for
assembly.
To prevent scratching any components, carefully remove each assembly from the carton and
unwrap the packing materials. Set the carton aside for storage. To avoid damaging the scale parts
when unpacking, do not use a box cutter, knife, scissors, or any sharp object to open the
protective inner packaging.

– 24 x 2 ¾ cap screws and washers
(8) 5/16
– 24 x 5/8 cap screws
Tools Required
Phillips head screwdriver (not included), Rachet wrench (included), T-handle Allen wrench
(included)
Assembly Process
Note: Scale must be completely assembled before powering on the display for the
first time.
1.
Gently remove the scale platform/base
from the carton and place it upside down
on a flat, level, and dry surface. Note the 3
botts marked with yellow tags.
2.
Use the included T-handle Allen wrench to
remove the center bolt and the included
ratchet wrench to remove the bolts at
upper right and lower left corners.
