9.2.2. Cleaning the injector valve

Operation
A
Using a Torx key, unscrew and remove the injector cap (

Caution
Take care not to damage the injector (

).

Using pliers, gently extract the injector (

) from valve body.

Clean the injector (

) using compressed air, a soft brush or possibly a pin.

Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.

Operation

Using a Torx key, unscrew and extract the refill controller (

).

Clean the refill controller (

) with a soft brush.
Make sure the refill controller groove is perfectly clean.

Check for O-rings integrity.

Check for ball (

) integrity (if present).

Clean the refill controller chamber (

) before reinserting the refill controller (

).

Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
