5.3 SM-THERM
5.3.1 Introduction
The SM-THERM supports up to four groups of thermoelement sensors
together with a cold junction (ext. PT100) for accurate temperature measure-
ment. The sensor types shown in the table below may be connected with
corrective calibration for all sensor classes being provided by driver software
running under OS-9. A fast 16-bit delta-sigma A/D converter ensures an
absolute accuracy of 0.2

C.
