5.3.8.16 SMADCReadRaw
Syntax
error_code SMADCReadRaw(u_int8 PortNr, u_int8 channel,
u_int16 *pBuffer);
Description
This function checks if an SM-THERM board is fitted on the specified port
and if the channel is valid. It reads the raw value of the last conversion and
stores it in a user defined buffer. The user has to take care that the buffer is
large enough to store the data.
Input
u_int8 PortNr
Port number from which raw data is to be read
(from 0 to 10)
u_int8 channel
Number of the channel to be read (0 to 3)
u_int16 *pBuffer
Pointer to a user defined buffer
Output
error_code
SUCCESS
E_MNF
If wrong type of module or no module
is fitted on the selected port
E_PARAM
If wrong channel number is specified
E_NOTRDY
If no data is available at the moment
- wait or poll the input
or standard OS-9 error code (refer to the OS-9
Technical Manual Error Codes Section).
