05. OPERATION
Preparation
1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers and dispose of them in compliance with the
statutory provisions.
2. Before first use, thoroughly clean all parts which come into contact with foods (see chapter
“CLEANING AND CARE”).
3. Cut all foods into small pieces before processing them with the appliance.
NOTES:
The chopper has been designed for preparing small amounts of food (see table). It is suitable
for crushing ice cubes, meat and nut.

The appliance is not intended for mincing dried fruits or extremely hard foods, since this
may cause the blades to blunt very quickly.

In order to avoid damages to the appliance and blades, bones and stones have to be
removed from the foods.
●

Ice cubes have to be crushed using the “pulse” function.
●
●
Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use.
Mincing
1. Place the glass bowl on the provided non-slip base.
2. Attach the upper blade

slight anti-clockwise rotation. After that, place the shaft on the pin inside the glass bowl

3. Fill the glass bowl

with the ingredients to be prepared.
4. Place the inner lid

and fix it by turning it until it reaches the
lateral positioning mark

Once the inner lid is properly seated it must no longer be possible to turn it.
5. Considering the locking mechanism

6. Plug the mains plug into the wall socket.
7. Press and hold the on/off switch

To activate the appliance’s pulse function, the on/off switch

has to be pressed periodi-
cally. Foods can usually be chopped even easier when using the “pulse” function.
