Faults during Operation
If the inductive angular positioning system does not function correctly, refer to the table below
for possible causes and instructions for rectifying the problem.

"Power/Error" LED does not
light up
The power supply is switched

Check whether there is a rea

switched off (installation or
maintenance work, etc.).
Switch on the power supply if
appropriate.
The single-ended female
cordset is not connected to

Connect the single-ended
female cordset to the sensor
and tighten the lock nut by
hand.
Wiring error in the splitter or
switch cabinet.
Check the wiring carefully and
repair any faults with the wir

Supply cable to the sensor is

Replace the damaged cable.
