7.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1.
Make sure the grill and grid are cool, and the coals are totally extinguished.
2.
Remove the ashes and dispose according to local waste regulations.
3.
Wash the grill with a mild detergent and water. Rinse well with clear water and dry. Do not use harsh
chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.
4.
Clean the grid with a barbecue brush and wipe off with paper towels.
5.
Store in a dry place.
