INSTALLING TIE BACK PIPES FOR SINGLE SECTOR INSTALLATION
Note:
This step is for Single Sector installations only. For (3) Sector installations, see Step 6A.
Attach Tie Back Pipe to the face of the Frame using (1) Stiff Arm End Plate, (1) 1/2" x 1-1/2" Bolt Kit, and (1) 5/8" x 4" Bolt
Kit. Attach Tie Back Pipe to adjacent leg using PV-SAM-U kit. Do not install Tie Back Pipe to tower horizontals or diagonals.
Trim excess Tie Back Pipe 12" past the leg attachment point. Apply (3) coats Zinga to all field cut and drilled surfaces. Repeat
for additional stiff arm.
NOTE: TIE BACK PIPES MUST BE INSTALLED ON OPPOSITE CORNERS OF FRAME (LOCATIONS A-A OR B-B). DO
NOT INSTALL TIE BACK PIPES IN AN A-B CONFIGURATION.
