WARNING: Read and understand this entire instruction manual before attempting to assemble, install, operate or  

maintain this product. Failure to comply with the instructions may result in serious personal injury and/or property     

 damage!

After opening the carton, unpack your new product and related parts & accessories. Please inspect it carefully for 
any damage that may have occurred during transit. Please check it against the photograph on carton.

WARNING DO NOT operate this product if damaged during shipment, handling or misuse. Do not operate the product until the 

parts have been replaced or the fault rectified. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or property damage. All damaged 
parts must be repaired or replaced as needed prior to operating this product. Check to see that all nuts, bolts and fittings are secure 
before putting this product into service. 

Please have the serial number, model number, and date of purchase available for reference when calling.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

•  The W1665 Jump-starter, must only be used for its intended purpose. Follow the guide lines of this instruction manual. 

•  This product should never be used in a commercial environment

•  Check the rating plate to ensure that the correct input voltage is being supplied to the product.

•  Always switch the product OFF and remove the plug from the wall socket when not in use and before cleaning or changing 

accessories.

•  Always ensure the product is switched off before changing batteries.

•  Never reach for electrical product that has fallen into water, this will result in an electric shock. 

•  Disconnect the plug from the wall socket before attempting to remove it from the water. 

•  After removal, never attempt to re-connect the Jump-starter until it has fully dried and has been tested and approved by a 

qualified person.

•  Designed to be used by responsible adults. Ensure all instructions and safety precautions are reviewed and adhered to. 

NOT for use by children!

•  Never allow the cables to come into contact with a heat source, water or any other liquid. 

•  Prevent sharp objects from coming into contact with the cables when the Jump-starter is in use.

•  Never allow the cables of the Jump-starter to drape over the edge of a work surface where it could be pulled by a small 

child. 

•  Always check the position of the cables when the Jump-starter is in use and use cable restraints when provided.

•  Never carry the Jump starter by the cables as it could cause damage resulting in electrical failure when next used.

•  Never operate this product if the cable or plug, become damaged. NOTE: Only a qualified person can carry out repairs on 

this item.

•  Be aware that electrical products become hot during use. Never touch hot surfaces during use and ensure all users are 

informed of the risks. Use an oven glove where required.

•  Where relevant, keep all ventilation slots clear from obstructions and observe safe working distances from walls etc. Never 

put anything into the ventilation slots of an electrical appliance.

•  Never operate this product with wet hands. Always ensure your hands, the Jump-starter and work area, are dry before 

moving forward with connections.

•  If this product stops working unexpectedly, switch off and unplug the product immediately. Seek professional advice before 

attempting to re-use the product.
