be.free.from.defects.in.material.and.workmanship,.

(1).year.from.the.date.of.initial.start-up.or.eighteen.
(18). months. from. the. date. of. shipment. from. the..
factory,.whichever.comes.first..Perlick

replace,. at. our. option,. during. the. warranty. period,.
any. part. that. may. be. defective. in. material. and/or..
