The Turbine Diver collection has been created by Perrelet
watchmakers to satisfy the most demanding divers.
Your watch is fitted with the exclusive Perrelet automatic
Calibre P-331, in which two rotors are visible: one on the dial
side, the other on the movement side. The unusual independ-
ent movement of these two oscillating weights creates a
spectacular optical effect.
“Diving” watches are wristwatches that are water-resistant
to at least 100 meters (330 ft). They must incorporate a
system to check elapsed time and meet all the criteria of
NIHS 92-1 (ISO 6425) concerning luminosity, resistance to
shocks and magnetic fields, and the robustness of the strap.
Your watch fully satisfies all these criteria for withstanding
the extreme rigors of deep-water diving to 300 meters.
Perrelet has added a reinforced sapphire crystal and two
screw-down crowns, one at 4 o’clock and the other at
10 o’clock, the latter being used for calibrating the rotating
flange. The luminescent dial markers and hands have been
specially developed to maximize readability under water.
Additionally, the Turbine Diver has a Super-LumiNova
sub-dial.
In line with this model’s aesthetic features, the oscillating
weight is engraved with “P” and has a special design. The
bridges are decorated “Côtes de Genève” guilloché work.
