Assembly
General procedure
1. Remove any sharp objects from the area where the boat will be assembled and infl ated.
2. Unfold and spread out boat fl at.
3. Half infl ate the boat with pump fi rst.
4. Assemble fl oor as per Floorboard Assembly Instruction and diagram here after.
5. Assemble alu bench seat.
6. Fully infl ate.
7. Check the valves and close carefully to make sure there are no leaks in valves.
Floorboard Assembly Instruction
Model P265-HF
1. Place fl oorboard
X
and
Y
at bow part
* Make sure that keel valve is located at the center of
X
board’s hole and join all fl oorboards thanks to H
connectors/joints
2. Insert fl oorboard
Z
into the transom of the boat
3. Insert fl oorboard into ‘H’ joint attached to fl oorboard
4. Insert H joint between and press down at the same time to be jointed well and fl atly.

Assembly instruction / Infl ation / Defl ation
Infl ate your PESCADOR P265-HF with a pump from AQUATEC Europe or any pump designed for infl atable boats, and
other low pressure infl atables. These types of pump will have a hose and adapters to fi t the valves on this PESCADOR
P265-HF.
1. Side tube valve(s) and drop stitch fl oor valve – please see corresponding:
Unscrew the valve cap(1). Push button(2) in and turn approximately 90 degrees so it is
in the “OUT” position. Insert the pump hose end piece and infl ate it until you will reach
the required pressure. After infl ation tighten all the valve caps (clockwise). Only the
valve(s) cap can ensure fi nal AIR TIGHTNESS. To release air from the side tubes and
bottom fl oor tube, remove the valve cap (1) and push button(2) in and turn approxima-
tely 90 degrees so it is in the “IN” position.
2. Max. air pressure : the correct pressure for this item is:
Side tube valve(s):
0,25 bar / 3,60 psi (=250 mBar ). Do not exceed it.
Any use of an air compressor may result in poor performance or damage to the PESCADOR P235-HF, and automatically
voids all warranties. If you leave your PESCADOR P235-HF exposed to the hot sun, check the pressure and defl ate it
slightly. Otherwise the PESCADOR P235-HF may become over infl ated and stretch the material. The ambient tempera-
ture affects the tube’s internal pressure : a variation of 1°C/ 1.8°F causes a variation of the pressure in the tube of +/- 4
mBar (0.06psi).
Note 1: when installing fl oor panel, identifying numbers of boards must be face up.
Note 2: Each “H” joint should be installed with larger fl at side facing up.
