Contraindications
Contraindications cannot be tied to a specific clinical picture. Under consideration of the safety information (see
item 2), the product may not be used if the patient has any of the following conditions:
Diagnoses for which "sitting" isn't possible
Fractures in the pelvic region
Pain in the pelvic region
Application risks
When placing the Non-Slip Cushion, the specifics of the clinical picture must be determined and
taken into consideration
risk of worsening of the clinical picture
The patient slides down despite positioning aid
positioning is not retained
Areas of application
The product can be used in home care and other health care facilities as well as hospitals.

Application
The Non-Slip Cushion reduces the likelihood that a patient who is sitting in bed will slide down. It is positioned
underneath the patient's thigh.
Sitting is an important step in patient mobilisation. A good sitting position aids all prophylaxes and patient
participation.
