Ensure that the device is turned on.
2.
Press the multifunction button briefly
to turn the device on.
3.
Check to see whether the power ad-
apter is damaged.
4.
Check to see whether the electrical
outlet is working properly.

Check the water level and refill if
necessary.

on and working. Briefly press the
multifunction button once to turn the
device on.

Check to see whether the contact
surfaces on the water tank and the
base of the Pet Fountain are tou-
ching.

Check to see whether the contact
surfaces on the water tank and/
or the base of the Pet Fountain are
damaged.

Check to see whether the pump and
water bowl and installed correctly.

Check to see whether the pump filter
is clogged or dirty. Clean or replace
