HOW TO USE
• Remove the foil from the bottle.
• Hold the bottle at a point one-quarter from the top
and place the corkscrew on the neck (figure 2a).
• Hold the button pressed downwards to extract the
cork (figure 2b).
• Take care to put pressure on the entire lower part of
the button. The motor automatically stops as soon
as the cork has been extracted.
• Keep the button pressed upwards to remove the
cork from the appliance (figure 2c).
• The corkscrew is ready to be used again once the
cork has been removed.
CLEANING
• Do not immerse the corkscrew in liquids or place it in
the dishwasher. Do not use when your hands are wet.
• No detergent or other cleanser should be used for
cleaning it.
SAFETY
• Keep the corkscrew and its packaging out of children’s
reach.
• Do not place the corkscrew near a heat source.
Protect from dampness and frost.
• This appliance may be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge, provided that
they are supervised or given instructions on how to
safely use the appliance and that they understand
the hazards involved.
• Children must not use the appliance as a toy.
• To prevent any risk of injury, do not touch the tip of
the corkscrew.
• The external flexible cord of the charger/transformer
cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the
transformer should be scrapped.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF THE CORKSCREW DOES
NOT WORK?
•
Recharge the corkscrew (refer to the “Charging
batteries” paragraph).
•
Check that the corkscrew is powered up and that the
jack point is clean – the red diode should be alight.
•
If the corkscrew runs out of power before it has
drawn out the cork, remove the worm from the cork
by turning the appliance anticlockwise.
If the corkscrew is actually defective, take it back to
the retailer in its original packaging together with the
guarantee card that was filled in at the time of purchase.

2 years from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover damage and defects
resulting from dropping the appliance or using it in a
manner proscribed in the leaflet.
These guarantees are taken to exclude normal wear,
impact and only cover compliant, non-professional use
of the corkscrew.
Servicing will only be covered by the guarantee if the
appliance is returned to your dealer together with
the guarantee card filled in with the purchase date,
signature and dealer’s stamp.
