USEFUL SKILLS
1. Stop the sewing machine
when you reach a corner.
2. Lower the needle into the
fabric with the hand wheel or
by pressing the needle up/
down button once.
3. Raise the presser foot.
4. Use the needle as a pivot
and turn the fabric.
5. Lower the presser foot and
resume sewing.
Sewing corners
Reverse stitching is used
to secure the threads at the
beginning and at the end of a
seam.
Press the reverse button and
sew 4-5 stitches.
The machine will sew forward
when the button is released.

Free arm sewing is convenient for sewing tubular areas such as pant hems and cuffs.
