10.7 Pressure measurement
Connection and use of a high vacuum gauge enables pressure measurement in the vac-
uum system via the TCP.
10.7.1 Displaying the gauge type

Pressure measurement with the DCU
An exact pressure measurement is not possible with the DCU. This is particularly true
with linear gauges in the lower pressure range.
Use suitable measuring instrument.
