Range of application

Cooling
The integrated case fan is connected to a connecting cable via the "
accessory A in
" ac-
cessory connection. Corresponding setting parameters are preconfigured and cannot be
changed. Disconnecting the cable connection will cause an error message.
Pfeiffer Vacuum electronic drive units TCP 1200 must be installed and operated in the
following ambient conditions.
