DANGER!
Never detach hose couplings if the mortar hoses
are under pressure (check mortar pressure
gauge). Mixed material can escape under
pressure and lead to serious injuries, especially
eye injuries.
Hoses that tear off can lash wildly and injure
those standing nearby!
34.4 Filling the pump container
Fig. 60: Switching on the mixer
1. Press the green pushbutton (1) for vibrator manual operation.
2. The mixer does not start up until the yellow control lamp
“No material” (2) has gone out.
3. Turn the step switch (3) to “2”.
4. Switch on the horizontal mixer, press the green pushbutton (4)
control voltage “ON”.
5. Fill the pump container with material.
6. The mixer is automatically switched off by the level probe in
the pump container.
NOTE!
Do not fill dry or too stiff material into the pump
container. This leads to hose blockages.
Never let the pump run dry.
34.5 Level probe in the pump container
Fig. 61: Wet probe
1. The material level in the material container of the pump
container is monitored by the level probe.
NOTE!
In order to guarantee the function of the probe,
make sure that the probe rod is clean!
We recommend cleaning every 3-4 hours.
