35.1 Connecting the air hose

1. Connect compressed air hose (1) to air fitting.
DANGER!
Never undo hose couplings while the compressed
air hose is pressurised.
35.2 Connecting the spray gun

1. Connect compressed air hose (1) to the spray gun (2).
2. Make sure that the air valve (3) on the spray gun is closed.
3. Connect spray gun (2) to the mortar hose (4).
35.3 Switching on the air compressor

1. Switch on the air compressor at the rotary switch (1).
2. As soon as the air compressor has built up pressure in
the pipe system, it switches off via the pressure cut-off.
NOTE!
Check that the compressor is switched on by
the black pressure switch on the motor protection
switch (2).
Compressor is only switched ON or OFF by
the rotary switch (1) on the pressure switch.
36 Applying mortar
DANGER!
Danger of injury due to leaking mortar!
Escaping mortar can lead to injuries to the eyes
and face.
Never look into the spray gun.
Always wear protective goggles.
Always position the machine so that you cannot be
hit should mortar escape.
