43.5 Cleaning the mortar hose

NOTE!
The mortar hoses and spray gun must be cleaned
immediately at the end of work.
1. Introduce the water-soaked sponge ball (1) into the mortar
hose (2).
2. Connect mortar hose (2) with the sponge ball (1) to the cleaner
coupling (3) for cleaning the mortar hoses.

3. Remove fine plaster nozzle (5) from the spray gun.
4. Undo eye bolt (6) and pull air nozzle tube (7) out of
the spray head.
5. Open water outlet valve

, until the sponge ball
emerges at the fine plaster device. Repeat this procedure until
the hose is cleaned.
6. For different hose diameters, the hoses should be cleaned
separately with the appropriate sponge balls.
7. Repeat this procedure if heavily soiled.
8. Knock free air nozzle tube (7) with mandrel.
9. Switch on compressor and blow air nozzle tube free.
10. Reassemble spray gun.

1. Uncouple water supply (1) from the mixing tube.
2. Remove the folding pin (2) on both sides.
3. Loosen the quick-release fasteners (3) on both sides.
